Do I have to join the live calls?

Nope. They’re optional—but powerful. You can join live, catch the replays, or just stick to the self-paced content.

How much time should I be spending on this each week?

Most members start with 10–20 minutes a day. The key is consistency, not intensity.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes. You don’t need a background in movement, somatics, or healing to start. Just a willingness to explore.

Is this safe if I have injuries or chronic pain?

Yes. Everything we teach is designed to be gentle, adaptive, and safe. Go slow. Listen to your body. And reach out if you need guidance.
